London, UK -(FirearmsGuide.com)- A Modern Classic. The 20-bore Purdey Trigger Plate was Launched in 2021 and has been extremely well received in its relatively short existence.

The majority of our guns are made to order but this new example is completed and available to purchase for immediate delivery. As with all our Purdey Trigger Plates, this gun features a detachable trigger mechanism to allow for both ease of maintenance and security.


Fully Scaled 20-bore Action. As with the 12-bore and 28-bore, the 20-bore action incorporates the classic Purdey lines and this particular gun is engraved with our traditional fine Rose & Scroll pattern. The 30-inch barrels have 3-inch chambers and have been fitted with the Teague multi choke system providing great versatility for all different types of shooting. As with all our new shotguns, this gun has been proofed for Steel.

Magnificent Walnut. The exhibition grade Walnut stock features a semi-pistol grip with an engraved grip cap. Measuring 15 3/8 inches at centre, the stock is completed with a 3/4 inch leather covered recoil pad. This beautiful shotgun weighs 7lb 8oz and comes complete with a Purdey travel case.
