NEWTOWN, Conn. - The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce that Robert J. Keller has joined the association's Board of Governors.

In April this year, Vista Outdoor named Keller as president of its Shooting Sports segment. Headquartered in Utah, Vista Outdoor is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products in the growing outdoor sports and recreation markets. The company operates in two segments, Shooting Sports and Outdoor Products, and has a portfolio of well-recognized brands, including Bushnell, Federal Premium, Savage, Blazer and RCBS, among others.

Previous to his joining Vista Outdoor, Keller served as president and CEO of Escalade, Inc., president of Disston Tool Company, division president of Russell Corporation, as a managing director with Coca-Cola and vice president of sales and marketing for Clorox's Armor All Home Care Division. Keller earned a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, before going on to complete Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Finance Program.

"We are very pleased that Bob has agreed to join our Board of Governors," said Steve Sanetti, NSSF President and CEO. "He brings an extraordinary breadth of experience and leadership skills to the table, which will be invaluable to the association and our members as our industry faces what is perhaps the most critical and challenging time in its history."
